IBSenior254, UNC-Chapel Hill decisions are not out yet…

^
I’m also curious about that. Maybe he got a likely letter?

IBSenior254, UNC letters are not out yet. They come out on January 31st…and what scholarship did you get?

Has anyone heard back from Wake Forest EA?

Likely letters don’t mean that you’re officially accepted IBSenior254 (if you got one), and i don’t think it’s possible to get a scholarship without first being accepted…

His profile said he got a 1190 on the SAT as well. So a full ride at UNC OOS with only a 1190 is pretty incongruent in my opinion.

I met an admissions officers this summer and he’s the one who persuaded me to apply. He was quite impressed with me so these are his projections (sorry I didnt specify that).

And this is isnt an unfair advantage, because alot of my friends know admissions personnel at other universities who did the same thing.

He told me to take my SAT’s over and just emailed them to him. I’ll be taking them again in Jan.

No need to panic guys:)

Of course the three I really want to go to tell me at the end of March, but oh well.

that’s a great thing! I have a friend who REALLY wanted to go to Stanford, but he got rejected! So you should be super happy; I mean, you still have a chance right? You could still get in!

I’ve been excited for the past two days, actually. Reading the acceptance letters make me happy. The only school that is really reach-y for me is Wesleyan, so I’m not that worried. I just wish it was March so I’d know sooner!
