Decisions are out.

So glad this is over… My son will be staying in California and going to Berkeley. Yes!!! Congratulations to everyone who was accepted and chin up to everyone that wasn’t. I am sure you will all do marvelous things no matter where you go to school. Onward and upward…

^Wow!
Turns out I’ll be going to Berkeley too! (though I’ll have to “move to” california haha)
Anybody get accepted?? ;)

GO BEARS!!! I hate to say it, but I thought Berkeley was a better fit for my son. I think everything worked out for the best. Are you in engineering??

yes!
well, i’m in the college of chemistry, but i’m still in chemical engineering haha :D

Congratulations! My son is an Engineering Undeclared major. He is leaning heavily toward either EECS or Chemical Engineering. Best of luck to you. We live in So Cal. You will love Berkeley!

Rejected. Oh well.

Rejected. I’m not really surprised, and I’m kind of glad, because I’ve come to believe that MIT may not be the best fit for me after all. I’m still holding hope for Princeton, but otherwise I’ll be going to UCLA.

No go at MIT. Finally done with waitlists. I wouldn’t have chosen MIT anyways; I like Hopkins better.

rejected too. I’ll be at Harvard though and will be able to cross-register

hm, I’m starting to wonder if MIT “did” accept anyone from this 2nd round at all

Yup I’m out as well… O well, I love Northeastern’s coop program!

Anyone got accepted to MIT in the second round?
