I am an upcoming senior from Georgia! I'm applying to...
University of Richmond
Wake Forest University
Elon University
Rhodes College
Roanoke College
High Point University
University of Georgia
University of North Georgia
Wofford College
College of Wooster
Florida Southern College
Stetson University

I’m still trying to narrow my list down.

Are any of you guys doing Early Admissions?

Early Action, Early Decision, Rolling, Single Choice, International, etc.?

Eh, I don’t know.
I’ll probably apply early action to places whenever I can.

^I want to do either SCEA at one of the Ivies, ED at UPenn Wharton [Huntsman] or EA at UChicago, CalTech, MIT, Georgetown and UConn [State School]

Apollo aren’t you a rising junior?

^Lol, no!

I am a rising sophomore!

Glances at Word File titled “Life Plan”

I feel so sorry for you…

^Why?

Just because I literally have tailored my life around 21 different colleges?

Such as, I’d work to becoming a doctor if I did WUSTL, JHU or anything under top-20

Or I’d do Sales and Trading in Japan, New York, London or Berlin if I went to Harvard, Yale, UPenn or any of the other Ivies

Or I’d do engineering at CalTech, MIT and Harvey Mudd, eventually getting a PhD and working at DARPA or US CyberCom?

Yeah…

I’m applying early action to Elon, High Point, North Georgia, Roanoke, Rhodes, Wofford, and Wooster. The rest I’m applying regular decision due to financial reasons!

^Wow, I know none of those colleges [except Wooster]!

Where are they located?

I’m gonna take a stab and guess that North Georgia is in North Georgia.

^Ugh…I’ll concede that point of my derpiness. However, places like Elon [I’m assuming this has to relation to the English school, Eton] and Roanoke [Presumably not the colony] are pretty random

Georgia Tech
New College of Florida
Florida State University
University of Florida
Emory
Duke
Vanderbilt
Northwestern
Cornell
Stanford
MIT
University of Chicago
John Hopkins
Harvard

Or maybe that’s being too optimistic…

^At least you are likely to get into at least into one of them…

I should probably answer the question:

Definitely applying:
MIT
Princeton
Stanford
Cornell
Carnegie Mellon
UT Austin

Probably:
Michigan
Northwestern
Duke
Rochester

Maybe:
Purdue
Georgia Tech
Lehigh

@Repede:

Are you applying for Plan II Honors and/or 40 Acres at Texas?

Also, what do you want to major in? I’m assuming some form of engineering based on your schools.

Engineering Honors Program. I think you automatically apply for all scholarships when you send in an application.

^Cool!

I just noticed Plan II and thought it looked cool, but what is the Engineering Honors Program? Is it like the Business Honors Program [BHP]?

Plan II is basically another major. EHP is like BHP.
