Honestly, I didn’t even really care about the privates after I got accepted there (although I was a little disappointed about USC). I’m considering Berkeley, but I just love the vibe at LA way more! Plus, they have some really sick hip hop teams I want to audition for :]</p>

Accepted:
Yale-no aid, but I don’t need it. Too many scholarships
Harvard-same as above
Stanford-same as Harvard and Yale
Georgetown-same as the past three
Rutgers-full ride, instate.
Rejected:
Dartmouth-Don’t know why, but I think it was because two other kids in my school were going on the rowing team.
University of Michigan- Out of state.
Now, for Columbia, it’s interesting. I was originally rejected, but they changed my status to the waitlist. I called and asked, and they told me their initial decision was correct, but things had changed.
I’m probably going to Yale, mainly because I’ve had my heart set on there forever. But I would have been comfortable with any other school, especially Harvard and Stanford.
