4 Niagara U* - Poor academics (I am an alum, I can say that)

6 Binghamton U - Very good school, too many Long Islanders, Sun shines very little

I would have to agree with all of your statements on my list, but they are all ranked in that order right now for my own reasons.

PSU is a family school, Elmira is 15 minutes away, Bing is 40 min.

With time the rankings will sort themselves out.
