Class of 2015 RD Results

UPS posted their decisions on Cascade today. Anyone? This is such a quiet board!

My D got in with a Trustee scholarship. She is thrilled.

Thanks for telling me! I just checked and I got in! I also received the Trustee Scholarship!

Do you know if this is the same decision release date for transfers? I have been checking everyday and nothing has been posted. My application status used to say a decision will be posted by March 20 and now it just says i will recieve a notification when a decision is made.

I’m not sure what the RD deadline was for freshmen, but for transfers it was March 1st if that helps.

I’m not 100% sure when the RD deadline was, but I’m pretty sure it was around the first of January.

Congratulations, creel92!

cm9698: I think transfer decisions are generally later. Good luck!!

My son was accepted yesterday! This is one of his top choices so he is thrilled- I am too! We are from California.

I’m from Tennessee, so it’s a long way away for me.

Accepted with Dean’s Scholarship.

3.8 GPA
32 ACT

Will not be attending; Going to Tulane next year!

I didn’t even know you could check application status online until I saw this thread!

D waitlisted

congrats to all who have been accepted!!

D1 likes to wait for the snailmail  which came today-

Accepted with the President’s Scholarship!

congrats to all of you

This is such a tiny thread! I applied as junior transfer, and I am still waiting to hear!

Rec’d snailmail package today.

S accepted with Presidents’ Scholarship and Puget Sound grant.

So now its Puget, Babson, U of Illinois on the accept list.

Good luck! I hope you get in!

My son sent in his paperwork…first choice for Music! He did not even wait to hear back from other auditions…he was sold! Presidential and Music Scholarship…he’s thrilled!

Accepted with Trustee Scholarship, Walter Price Leadership Scholarship, and Theatre Scholarship. I’m probably going to choose between UPS, Whitman, Willamette and Lewis and Clark.

My son is a HS junior who loves UPS for next year. What kinds of GPAs and SAT combos are those scholarships going to (and what amounts are involved with Trustee vs. Dean, etc.)? I can’t find any range online to figure out if he’s likely to pick up some merit money (we’re hoping for some!). He should be a solid acceptance for UPS–in their 75th percentile of acceptances for 2010, but I wonder if that’s good enough for merit aid. Any info shared is appreciated so I can keep scrambling on the budget front. And congrats on acceptances!

Curious- this year, a 3.88UW, 4.1W gpa and a 31 ACT earned the $16,000 merit award. Not sure if that was the Presidential or the Trustee. Did not send SAT scores. These stats earned the same at Willamette University.

can anyone speak to the social atmosphere at the school? the friendliness of the girls? or if the greek system divides students? the campus is beautiful, but we didn’t get a very friendly feeling when we visited. also, if the small size makes it seem like there aren’t new people to meet after the first term or so. any info would help! thank you

I called today and was told decisions for transfer admission is probaly going be released in the next 7 working days.

Oh jeez, I applied as a transfer and I was wondering the same thing! I can’t handle all this!
