Class of 2016- Chance?

As a junior, I want to know if I'm on the right track. I know I need to retake the ACT and take the SAT's but is there any other flaws?

9th- 3.9 UW
10th- 4.0 UW

(I know 3.5 is bad but 2nd quarter I've been acing so I'm expecting at least a 3.8 by the end of the year plus IB weighting)

IB Grades are multiplied by 1.1 for weighting btw

You should be fine.

Should probably state that my intended major is Biology/Pre-Med

You have a good shot except for the fact that you’re out of state. It’s very hard to gain admittance to UF if you don’t live in Florida. I would try and get your ACT to a 28 and for your SAT, if you have a 1250 MR or around an 1800 with all 3 sections, you should be good. UF also looks heavily upon community service. My friend who is UF class of 2011 got in with an 1050 SAT (math, reading) but had 1200 community service hours

Yeah, state schools are rough, but i’m still hopeful. I have an ACT tutor so I’m hoping for at least a 30 and I also plan on doing more community service this year. Thanks! :)
