I applied to Baylor, nearly forever ago, The main application was finished and completed on the 16th of November. I did some of the supplemental application items but not all of them. By the looks of this forum, I’m deathly afraid that either I needed to have completed all of the supplemental items in order to meet the deadline, or that my credentials aren’t up to par and Baylor hasn’t really considered me.

I think Baylor takes a while to notify so hang in there. My son finally did get stuff in the mail (I think he applied in Sept. and didn’t get mail until about 1 1/2 weeks ago). He’ll be going to the I2E program in January.

I got accepted with a 3.15 UW GPA (6.49/7 W), 2060 SAT, 5 on APUSH and Span. Lan. and a 4 on English Lan. I didn’t do the short answers. Senior year schedule is pretty loaded with AP and DC and I’ve always been in Gifted/Talented classes. So yup.

Major strength/weakness: my essays (strengths); SAT score (weakness)

On the application status page, it says my application is incomplete, although it says they have recieved my SAT or ACT writing score, my SAT or ACT test score, and that they have recieved my transcript and is pending review. Should I be worried, or should I just wait for them? They recieved my transcript on December 5th and my ACT scores on December 7th, so I’m not sure how much longer I should wait.

Transcripts always take a while to review. It will be more so considering that a lot of people send their stuff in around this time and that they might have already closed shop for the holidays. Good luck.

Well if your application wasn’t complete befor November 1st and your transcript and SAT scores weren’t posted marked or sent before November 1st (regardless or what day they actually receive the items) they will only review application under those stipulations. So you may want to call when they open back up and see whether or not you have to wait for the February 15th deadline
