<p>Hey Class of 2016! If anyone is looking for summer housing, I am subleasing a room within a 2 bedroom apartment at the Pointe at Central. Rent is $540/month with all utilities, internet and cable included. It’s also fully furnished, gated access and UCF affiliated. Inbox me if interested :)</p>
