You should definitely take the SATs as soon as possible. Also, what are your extracurricular activities?</p>
<p>@dude23 For the majority of elite universities, they are required for transfer applicants. But some schools will waive the requirement if you have been out of college for a certain number of years, but that’s obviously not the case. Others, like Johns Hopkins, do not require them.</p>
<p>@dotori As a sophomore transfer, high school will still carry a considerable amount of weight because the colleges you’re applying to can only see one full semester of college grades. I don’t think it will “kill” your chances, especially since you have shown improvement in your senior year.</p>
