@yolie3000 Congrats did you applied through regular decision and did you had an interview?

my honors notification was in my letter that came in the mail. it said it in the second paragraph before the scholarship stuff

@whiteout when was your application complete because I submitted mine on 1st Jan and haven’t gotten a decision yet. I am a international.

@alisiddiqui94
I applied early action II so the notification date was january 15th.
if you applied jan. 1st that means you are in the regular decision round.
i think RD notification starts in february so maybe this month or next month you will find out.

My son applied regular decision but did use a preferred application sent from Hofstra. We live 20 minutes away and they try to recruit local students with awesome grades.

No interview, will ask for more merit b/c his SAT scores went up from 1980 to 2200! All hard work on his own.

Submitted app mid december.

I submitted my app around mid February, so I was Regular decision, I believe. I was accepted two days ago and got a pretty hefty merit scholarship. 22,000 per year. Not bad at all.

Accepted with $22000 scholarship per year :D

I got accepted in November xD

Accepted with Dean’s scholarship :)

My son applied way back in November and has not heard. I am assuming he won’t be accepted, he got a letter a few weeks ago saying that his application was going to be reviewed soon! and that he should send any additional information. His GPA is a bit weak and I know he isn’t a strong applicant. I went to Hofstra myself, though, and it’s a bit disappointing and frustrating that here it is, April 1, four months later, and we haven’t even received anything. Anyone else who hasn’t heard yet? So much for “rolling admissions…”
