Class of 2017?

<p>Now that the decision deadline has passed for the Class of 2016, I am wondering how all the hopefuls for '17 are? Had a daughter graduate last year in 2011 and, as a parent, loved every minute. Our son will be applying this fall and is hoping to attend. </p>

<p>Question~given that the stats seem to rise every year and that I haven't been on this board for a while now, can someone out there "chance" him? Thank you!</p>

<p>Overall, he looks very, very good. If he wants to improve his chances, I would suggest one more pass at the ACT (another point really does make a difference, but don’t report till you see the score.) Also, additional leadership and volunteer opportunities over the summer. These are “icing on the cake” suggestions, but since no one knows what next year’s applicant group will look like, you have to decide how aggressive to be. Good luck!!!</p>
