east asia. in the email that confirmed submission (sent in the beginning of march?) they said they would notify us by april 5th so they may not have sent all of the notifications yet…or have they?

Congrats to all those accepted! Anyone still waiting for a package the US? My D is still waiting in Texas.

My D has not yet gotten her letter, but made an interesting discovery this afternoon. I’m hoping that someone who has been DENIED can bring themselves to use their Pomona applicant User ID and attempt to log in to this page:

<a href=“CollegiateLink Login”>https://my.pomona.edu/ics/applications/cus/campuslabslogin/collegiatelink.aspx

Here’s why. When she entered her user name and password, she was able to view this protected, ‘current student’ page as well as many others linked from the current/enrolled student portal. In fact, when she entered her admission user ID at the following page, her name appeared along with ‘Welcome’ followed by her name, as if she is a current student:

<a href=“Home | Portal”>https://my.pomona.edu/ics

Technical flub? Non-issue? Or sign of good news to come?

@youdevil

No mail yet, but I have the same. What current student page was she able to view?

For all of you reading this–please know that. A lot of the times you see kids with really high stats and what not being accepted, and you think you can’t do it, but…YOU CAN. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT.

Received a big envelop today with the Good News Enclosed! I am an international applicant now studying in am high school in Illinois! Brief objectives: SAT 2260 (2320 superscore, 800 writing, 800 math, 720 reading), ACT 34, 4 APs last year (three 5s and one 4) and 5 APs this year.
@loftypine where are you?

I am in America.

@loftypine Haha, you had us hyped for a minute there.

@youdevil my portal doesn´t allow me to view any “current student” page.

Mine either! Your link takes me to a page where I am asked for my pomona email address

@Darcy1 I entered my first and last names and then an e-mail with my first and last name followed by @pomona.edu. Totally wasn’t expecting it to work but it did…

On second thought I probably shouldn’t have done that. But I honestly didn’t expect it to work! And I thought that I was supposed to just create a random e-mail with my campus name in it.

Mine works too. But I haven’t gotten my mail yet. Can anyone who got denied access this?

So what’s the email address?

firstnamelastname@pomona.edu? All Commons?

Shit, it worked. I’m getting hyped.

@TrinidadJames22 that’s what I wrote but I’m starting to think this is just a glitch and that any random e-mail address would work.

yes if someone can confirm, that’d be great

@TinidadJames22 did you get accepted?

@Pcollege12 Still waiting for mail.
