@Korean101 Wait. Nervous for what?

not up for me… ny

@uclabound2018 stop trolling. They are not up. Not even for those who received engineering likely letters. I am one of them.

Are they up at 3PM Pacific?

California here, they are not up yet. Not for me, at least…

the anxiety…

They aren’t anticipated until ‘evening’.

IM PRETTY SURE ANSWERS ARE OUT NOW BUT THE DAM SITE IS NOT WORKING!!

S rejected for Math Major That is a real bummer. Portal is up now.

Rejected from Computer Science.

Son got in. Sciences undeclared

Admitted to computer science.

Question: Do the UC schools admit independently of one another? My son really prefers Berkeley to UCLA. If he got into UCLA, does that affect his chances for Berkeley?

UC schools do admit independently of one another.

As for the question about chances, the relationship is correlation, not causation; people who are accepted to UCLA tend to have a higher chance to be accepted to Berkeley. But UCLA acceptance is not a guarantee for Berkeley acceptance.

Ugh…congratz to those who got in. I got waitlisted :(, can this day get any worst???

wait listed = = let me write love letters

Well I didn’t get in. Screw UCLA Im going to UMich.

@AnteaterAggie, that’s ridiculous. If I was a college, I would accept you. I don’t know what UCLA is looking for anymore.

So…I got waitlisted. Is that essentially just a glorified rejection? The opt-in deadline is April 15th and I’m not sure if the process is worth it. Does UCLA even admit anyone off the waitlist? and if they do, is it a substantial amount?
