I got into the honors program a week or two after I received my admissions decision. I received two scholarships the day before I got accepted to the university. I am an in state applicant.

I only found out I was accepted through the Application Tracker on the 23rd and have yet to receive my acceptance letter through the mail (I hope it comes Friday!) , so I am hoping that I’ll be able to tell you if I get accepted into Honors within the next few weeks :p

By the way, if anybody was wondering, I am OOS (New York).

so how do you learn u get accepted to honors and receive scholarships?

@YuffieEvans

The honors acceptance will show up on the application tracker if you are accepted into the program. You also get a letter via snail mail a week or two after it shows up on the tracker. I believe decisions will be made through March (or even later, if people who got into the program choose to attend a different university and spots free up). Scholarship notifications were also sent in the mail. I wish they would at least email (especially since letters can be lost in the mail) but I guess they don’t do that because I haven’t gotten any.

Got accepted like an hour ago. They received all my materials only 6 days ago, so that was extremely quick.

GPA: 3.748 UW (10 APs)
ACT: 34
School: college of science and engineering
Attending: Possibly, I still have to hear from a bunch of schools and I have put little thought into my decision.
