Class of 2019 Early Decision

I agree, it is absolutely not okay for a “prestigious institution”, like Hopkins claims to be, to make such an elementary mistake. If they can’t even get an email sent out to the right people, who knows what the school will do to our future?
Moreover, I do not believe the “apology” email is in any way adequate for this major mistake.

Therefore, take the rejection from Hopkins as good luck.

hmm strange.
The only email I received was that Decisions were released.

Were you accepted?

I think only a small group of us rejected kids were graced with the opportunity to get rejected again. It’s an honor really. You can be like, “Hey guys, you were rejected once? Wow, losers. I was rejected twice! By the same school!” That’ll show them lol.

I still did not get any apology email lol wut

Not only did they royally screw up, their apology email was BS too. Cold & insensitive

I completely agree, that email was pathetic. I feel like we should get something more than a “sorry we messed up”

@assiduous101‌ yes I was.

The same thing happened to me. Whatever. Hopkins will be sorry when I become a billionaire. :stuck_out_tongue:

did anyone NOT get their apology email? I got the “Embrace the YES” one but not the apology one.

How did hopkins know that I almost forgot that I was rejected? So courteous of them to remind a forgetful me. lol.

Got the acceptance email but not the apology one. Way to be, assholes, way to be.

I’m a news reporter WUSA9/CBS TV looking for students in the DC/Maryland area to interview about this ASAP. Please contact me sbroom@wusa9 or text/call 4435620112 or twitter @scottbroom Best Regards

Really glad about all of the media attention this is getting…
