How did your Interview go?
Does anybody know the stats of the Bennington guy?
And how many of you applied to Bennington and how did the interview go?
@ShinraTenseiâ As far as I know, Bennington doesnât offer aid for internationals under the Early Decision plans. âInternational students applying for aid may not apply for Early Decision says the site.â says the college website. So I think the BWIC guy is paying full (?). Donât know about others but I have applied to Bennington College. The interview went great! How was yours? Did you submit SAT scores?

@ShinraTenseiâ I didnât send my SAT scoresscores either. As for my stats I can only give you a very general idea. Academics would be around an 75% average, but I have tons of ECAâs to back up. And essays/writing-supplements were good I guess. What about you? Stats?? Btw, a friend of mine has also applied but she hasnât gotten an interview appointment yet. When did you give your interview?
I have heard of people requiring fin aid applying to Bennington via the early action option(not early decision,mind you).
I have 77% agg. I also have pretty descent ECAâs. I also submitted by sketches as an arts supplement. My only hope is Bennington. But judging by the competition every year it will be really hard. Last year how many guys were accepted from Nepal? Do you know?

@ShinraTenseiâ I have included comprehensive art and music supplements as well. And same here, Bennington is my only hope. The competition does seem to be pretty hard this year as well. Bet there are many like us applying from Nepal.

I want to congratulate you all on your college acceptances! This is a very impressive list, but what is more impressive to me is the diversity in high schools. Anyway, to the rest of you, still waiting for an acceptance, good luck! It is a difficult process, but the US economy is much better than what it used to be so something might turn up (this means that more people give to colleges so the college has more money to give to international students).
Also if anyone gets into Reed and wants to talk about it, do not hesitate to private message me. However, you should indicate publicly that you have PMed me as I rarely sign in to check my account. I am willing to talk about everything about the school, from its expansive HUM110 curriculum to its politically charged student body and perhaps even its notorious workload.
