Teacher Recommendations:
Junior year AP English & AP History teacher: I don’t know what she wrote, but it was probably very nice. Junior year Biology teacher: I have no idea.
Counselor Rec: Absolutely amazing. I teared up when she read it out loud to me.
Additional Rec: Written by my advisor, music teacher, and musical director. I read the recommendation and it was so good it made me cry.
Interview: On campus. I really couldn’t tell how it went. I was so scared.

Reflections:
Strengths: Essays and recommendations, I think.
Weaknesses: I didn’t think there was anything that made me stand out. My SAT math score was also pretty low.
Why you think you were accepted: I was very authentic in my essays and interview. I also included a link to my documentary.
General Comments: I was hoping to get deferred at best. I’m honestly in absolute shock. I’m so so so incredibly grateful for this opportunity and I can’t wait to meet my fellow Sagehens next Fall! To everyone who is looking at this thread and freaking out: DON’T. College Confidential made me feel like I wasn’t getting into any college, yet I got accepted to my first choice! Don’t stress too much. Also, if you didn’t get accepted, don’t worry. You’ll end up where you’re meant to be!
