Lehigh was one of my top choices…
Was accepted but received barely any money
@screenname3488 me too. My parents tried to contribute as much as they can, but we still need about $15,000 to attend Lehigh, which is my top choice. And they only offered $5,000. Can we negotiate to get more? I really want to attend. :((
@Klossy I believe there is an option to appeal and talk to your financial aid counselor if there is additional info that might affect the award… But otherwise I guess it’s nearly final I feel you because BC was my top choice but I would still have to pay a lot :((
Accepted from NJ
1990, 3.5 UW, 3.9 W, competitive HS
Honestly was not expecting to get in after getting waitlisted from Colgate, Richmond, and Villanova these past days. But I visited in the fall, so that may have helped my case a bit.
Did anyone see that they got merit money when they looked at their financial aid? I’ve been accepted to schools but haven’t really received any merit money, so everything will be super expensive
No merit:/
Is merit included in the financial aid listed on the portal?

Hey,
Has any international student gotten their admission decision for Lehigh yet?
@sanskrit148 Yes I did. I’m an Australian citizen.
@Dyllieman Did you receive an email regarding an update on your portal, or did you just happen to check it?
Accepted a while back (invited to the Diversity Weekend event) to the Engineering School. I have to admit, my credentials were definitely not impressive. Received a very generous financial aid package. Only have to pay 5k in loans per year.
SAT I: 690 (math), 580 (reading), (690 writing)
SAT II: 730 Math II
GPA: 3.5 (Yes I did bad in my freshman and sophomore year). However I VERY kicked it up during my junior and senior year. GPA for my senior year should be around 4.5.
ECs were alright. Didn’t read my recommendations.
@sanskrit148 I just checked it
waitlisted
@angelbill5914 congrats! I got pretty much the same FA package as well. What is your family income if you don’t mind me asking
So disappointed, Lehigh was first choice.
Waitlisted
SAT - 2070
Weighted GPA-4.15
Good essays, ecs, leadership, volunteering
I found out I was waitlisted yesterday, but I just checked back on the portal today and my notification letter that was posted there yesterday is gone. It just says regular decision notifications will be posted in late march. Did this happen to anyone else who was waitlisted?
@darkhound173 Family income is below 30,000.
