Lots of leadership, started and am president of service club,member of many honor societies ,yearbook 4 years, science research,volunteer work ,etc lots of ecs and thoughtful supplemental essays.

Things are a little quiet on this thread but my daughter just heard that she was accepted to DePaul.
She applied without her SAT scores but her stats are:

Lots of EC including a specific non-for profit dance program which brings dance education into under served schools, habitat for humanity, started a film appreciation club at her HS and a few others.
Now waiting for the packet to arrive to see what if any merit money she may have received.

I was also accepted into the Honors Program a couple of weeks ago and received the Deans’ Scholarship with my initial acceptance packet.
I might go, but I’m waiting to hear back from five different schools first.
I have applied for regular decision, and I haven’t heard back yet. I am supposed to know about my decision today, but it almost 6 PM right now. Is that a bad sign?
