My daughter applied a few weeks ago. Has anyone gotten any emails regarding SSA scholarships? I know it’s early but I can’t imagine that many have already put in their applications thus far.
She will receive information on eligibility to apply for SSA when she receives her admission. It may not be in the email admission, but it will be in the mailed letter. The last several years admission decisions have started going out the second or third week of September.
Having visited this board for the last 7 or so years it seems more and more students recognize the importance of applying to IU early. The number of entering freshman has also increased in each of those years. Those two things lead me to believe more students are applying early. I may have even read an article about it last year in the local/Bloomington paper.
