Class of 2021 Scholarship Discussion/Results

I blame it on all of you highly qualified candidates making it tough on the selection committee to narrow down to the finalist.

Praying that it comes out this week :frowning:

@Lizpete I just called and they told me “end of February and beginning of March”

That sounds like next week.

Another day of no news :(( I hate this

Its 5 days to end of Feb

@800math ahh that’s some good news atleast haha

I’m so stressed out right now I hope the decisions come out today

@Lizpete at least

Is there any possibility of it being today or are we pretty much just waiting for next week at this point? lol

Hello hopeful scholars! X year(s) ago, I was in your shoes as well so I am here to offer some information to help you along your way. This year there are 49 Rodriguez finalists in total. For Rodriguez Finalists, you will be notified by next Wednesday at the latest. Hope you all the best of luck and I will see you at Finalist Weekend if you are chosen! If you have any other questions, feel free to dm me.

@TheShark do you know when university scholar program in medicine results will be released?

@AznDude525 USP has already been decided but I only know specifics of Rodriguez finalists

@TheShark Thank you for your information! Would you happen to know if the other Fellowships (Danforth, Langsdorf, Ervin, etc.) will hear back by Wednesday, as well?

@JemmaSimmons They will hear back by March 5th at the latest I believe. Rodriguez is the only one I am sure of.

@TheShark Thanks :slight_smile:

@TheShark just curious how you know the specifics of the Rodriguez scholarship…

@TheShark do you happen to know any info about the School-Specific Scholarships decision release date??

@TheShark do you have any information about the Moog Scholarship?

@TheShark I applied for the rodriguez scholarship… so are the finalists guaranteed partial scholarships, and then depending on the interview weekend they might get a full scholarship? Also if my ACT is 32 superscored will they just overlook me for someone who had sat a 34+? Thank you
