i’m sorry @anitapitamom maybe I replied to the wrong person. I was talking about Florida State. As far as UCLA I have no idea how they decide who auditions and who doesn’t.
@owensfolks I got my academic acceptance with a scholarship offer to FSU as well, and I am auditioning on the same date on 1/29! Congratulations to your D!

@MTmom2015 I read your post earlier about Wright State decisions. Will they make all offers at once in March? D auditioned in Nov and loved Joe Deer. 
@MTheaterMom - S is current junior at Wright State. Historically, WSU sent out rolling acceptances - in a larger number than they actually expected to commit to the freshman class. When S auditioned there in November of senior year he and the other early auditionees were notified of acceptance/rejection before winter break. The following year almost every student accepted in the rolling notification decided to attend (MTmom2015’s S is in that class) and they ended up with a much larger than expected class, which made scheduling and supporting a bit difficult. Last year (this year’s freshmen), for the first time, they held off all acceptances until all the auditions were over in February. It sounds like this will be the new norm for WSU.
While it’s quiet here I am passing the time re-reading all of the Class of 2019 & 2020 final decisions :))

Daughter just got into LMU for theatre! We are super pumped. We just sent in a video audition for this one.
