Class of 2021 Wellesley Deferred Applicants

Hi guys! I just got deferral and I wondered what the content appeared on your decision letter? Does it says you can update your scores and other materials? And if possible, can someone post her scores/activities/major here? I think this can help us to see our chances in RD pool.

Hey! I just got deferred too. :frowning: The only thing that my decision said was that they would take into consideration my senior grades as well as any other new materials that I wished to send. My first semester senior grades were already sent to them when I sent in my application, and I got straight A’s in all honors/AP classes. I really don’t know what other materials I could send, and it’s too late to take the ACT again, I would imagine. However, I’m not as upset as I thought I would be. Wellesley was my first choice for so many reasons, but maybe this is a sign that that’s not really where I’m supposed to be. Like, perhaps I would benefit more from being somewhere that’s not as competitive. I think my grades/scores/rank, in addition to the fact that I didn’t have enough leadership positions in my activities were why I got deferred. Also, I didn’t have very many outstanding awards/honors.
Anyway, here are my stats and activities and stuff.
