Has anyone from Texas got a notif from USPS?
@Ibalacha did you have to wait to use your account or to get it verified?
nope): at least not yet @rollingthunder06
@zbnnycib56, no, I was able to immediately get it verified via email.
Does Anyone know when decisions will be released
@zbnnycib56 I had verification problem earlier today, after a while logged out, logged back in and then it tool me to a typical credit history verification route and its verified.
Anyone else in the St. Louis area? The USPS informed delivery account for our home has a status of package in transit to next facility. No description of the package or label information.
This is completely unrelated, but I’ve heard that WashU rejects some of the top students because they want to increase their yield. Since I got the notification for WashU on USPS, does this mean I probably won’t get into any schools like HYPSM?
Not that I’m ungrateful or anything, just curious
Has anyone asked their guidance counselors if they have received any info?
how likely is it that decisions are coming out today? it’d be pretty annoying for them to release stats of our class and keep us in suspense until tmr
Anyone in CA get it?
So far its all USPS and most cases far places like East and West coast. Did anyone get UPS notification?
@“anotherbrickinthewall!” check posts 913 and 938, they got it
Is decision coming out today?? Last year it was released on the 15th
So nervous
I chatted online with USPS and they said it can take 24 - 48 hours for a package to show up in Informed Delivery. Must go through a distribution center before it shows up. So don’t think no tracking yet means you are not necessarily getting one.
@collegeishard225 definitely not. If WashU didn’t take any of the top kids in the country that get into ivy’s as well, then they wouldnt be such an impressive school. Although a lot are denied/waitlisted, it is because most of them don’t show any interest–but not all of those people are rejected. Many people who get into WashU are not only qualified for any other school in the country, but do get into other great schools
Can someone please explain what exactly is the package that they’re receiving from usps. From reading the forum, I’m getting a sense that it’s related to scholarships, but still am not sure.
@AzamHussain7033 no it’s the acceptance. Wash U sends out packages for accepted students, but that’s it. People that aren’t seeing the USPS package, like me, are worried that this means they’re rejected/WL
@LibbyOK, I did the same, and they told me it could take up to 7 days. But it showed up within 2 hours after I signed up for the account and notification.
