I got a packet in the mail today
Hello! I’m a new member. Congrats on your presidential scholarship! I was also accepted today, but can only afford if I get enough merit. Can you guys who received the presidential scholarship share your stats? I’m so nervous I won’t get anything.
I was accepted yesterday ea to biomedical engineering! Not sure about scholarships yet, is there a way to check scholarships through the portal as I have not received the packet in the mail yet??
We are from Ohio … no packet in the mail here today … Daughter still waiting …

What’s weird is some friends in my own town receieved their letters but I didn’t
Here in CT. Daughter saw the acceptance message on the portal last night. Received the package in the mail today including the acceptance letter, merit info and a very nice personally written note from the rep who reviewed her application on how much she enjoyed her essay. Daughter is quite excited as Hofstra is in her top-3. Good luck to all !!
Received a conditional acceptance letter? It says its confirmed if I call them? What is this supposed to mean?

Daughter’s package arrived today!! President’s scholarship of $31000/yr and admittance to Honor’s College.

No letter here yet, but I saw my scholarship in the portal! Provost Scholarship of $26,000 a year

My daughter received her acceptance package in the mail this past week. Very excited to also receive a very large amount of merit.
I don’t mean to be cocky, but I am confused as to why I didn’t receive a full tuition scholarship.
Stats:
SAT I:1550
SAT II: 800 Math II and 790 Biology
3.99 unweighted GPA
ECs (very quick rundown): Many awards in regional, state, and national math competitions and leadership in Mu Alpha Theta.
Just looking at raw stats, mine are higher than that of presidential scholars (the website says that the average presidential scholar has a 1300 SAT and a 3.9 weighted GPA). I only received 30k. Can someone tell why I didn’t receive a Trustee scholarship?
Did you receive your letter of acceptance AFTER you saw you were accepted online or BEFORE??
We are still waiting- the portal says check back soon. I assume nothing will happen for the next week or two because of the holiday
