My D was also accepted to neuroscience major. I feel like it might be an unusual major. We are OOS as well.

Did you just find out today?

Wondering the same!

No, sorry. Found out around 11/20. I was just responding to norcalfreā€™s neuroscience post. Good luck to you!

@frostymom My D told me that Neuroscience is a pretty popular major amongst Pre-med students.

Applied: 10/27
Accepted: 11/25
Test-Optional
GPA: 4.42 W
Rank: Top 10%
State Residency: NJ
Decision/College: Biology

Congratulations to everyone who was accepted! And good luck to everyone still waiting to hear!

My 19 year old is a sophomore at UD, sheā€™s in honors and gets about $17000 a year in merit, as do her friends there. They are under the impression that merit is based on test scores, but now that it is test optional, does anyone have any thoughts? Dd17 has the same SAT score, one point lower on the ACT, and pretty much identical stats as her sister. We are OOS, she canā€™t go without a scholarship.

Do you have to be invited to apply to the honors college for UD?

My son applied ED, got accepted 11/4 to Mechanical Engineering. Waiting on Honors and Merit $. Anyone know the time frame for those?
Good luck to all still waiting to hear!

@Mjkacmom: Their website states that they are currently determining merit guidelines for 2021 and to check back later. It also says merit awards should be released 2-3 weeks after acceptance. My D was accepted 11/4 and still no word on merit.

No, anyone can apply.

My D got her acceptance on 11/4 and her Honors acceptance came on 11/20. No merit information yet. Hopefully, it will come in the next couple weeks.

No Wednesday admissions this week? Hmmm, maybe weā€™ll get some on Friday.
