the button to switch from test optional or not, if the button is gone in ur portal it means a decision is coming at midnight

TO button disappeared tonight around 6:20pm. Eberly/Biology Major. Submitted SAT scores. Looks like we finally have some traction! Good luck to all!

I’m asking again. Is this button theory foolproof? Did EVERY person who got a decision experience the button change? Has anyone gotten a decision with no change at all? I feel like we’re grasping at straws & reading into things too much. It’s enough to make you crazy!! :crazy_face:

I recall reading that someone’s button never changed! Also that someone had a decision during the day, not midnight🧐

I’m not sure why, but I would feel slightly fearful doing that😂. I imagine the decisions are released based off the time of their servers?

It seems, anecdotally, that the button not changing doesn’t necessarily mean a decision won’t come, but everyone who’s button disappeared DID hear the next day.

Someone inquired about whether those with button disappearing tonight were test optional or not. My daughter submitted her scores.
