I don’t think the blue or grey matters. When I submitted my app I sent test scores (the button was blue) but then I decided to change to test optional and the button went grey. So I think it only changes from blue to grey if you change from scores to test optional or test optional to scores after you submitted app.

anyone get a decision that still had blue button?
not that anyone knows of, the ones all had gray buttons or buttons disappeared a few hours before midnight
my to button was gone at around 5pm on 12/17, and I got my decision at exactly midnight on 12/18
