Does anyone see any changes to their portal? I have two different log in sections when I go to the portal - one is the main portal Iā€™ve been using and the second is for admitted students (I canā€™t actually get into the second, but it was never there before). Then when I log in, it says to activate my NetID, which wasnā€™t there before.

Iā€™ve had the admitted students log in section so that is not new for me. I donā€™t see the NetID thing though. Where is that?

My daughter was accepted EA awhile back but just seeing this now. Honors college. 4.2 gpa weighted (donā€™t know unweighted) 34 ACT. 12 honors classes 7 APs. We are in Mass and know tons of happy kids at UVM so it is strong contender for her. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

I was deferred EA but never submitted a statement of interest to admissions which now Iā€™m regretting. Is it bad that I didnā€™t do that?

I donā€™t know for sure, but Iā€™m sure a statement of interest wouldnā€™t have hurt. Iā€™m sure that wonā€™t be your deciding factor though. There are other things they evaluate. Did you write the optional essay for your application?

Thank you!!! Yes, I wrote the optional essay when I first applied and sent midyear grades. Hoping for the best :slight_smile:

i met with my admissions counselor via zoom and they said that it was strongly recommended. if ur midterm grades are strong enough u should be fine tho
