I got 39k aid. Is there any way they give us more aid?

Go to the portal’s Financial Aid tab, scroll down and you will see “Information Regarding Special Circumstances” (if you have one). That is the only way to get more aid, that too is not guaranteed.
It would’ve been possible to negotiate for more aid, but not this year coz “COVID”.
