Looks like most above admitted are athlete recruited.
Anyone know when ED2 decisions are expected? Looks like it was January 24th last year.
When do Johnson scholarship shortlists come out?
I believe the finalist notifications came out in late January/early February last year.
Does ED or RD affect the chance for the johnson scholarship? I applied for RD and was wondering if I should have applied ED for the johnson.
It’s the other way around: your chances are better in the RD round. Think about it – the Johnson is a merit scholarship, and merit scholarships are used to entice kids to a school who might not otherwise attend. If you apply ED the school has no need to entice, it already knows you are coming.
More specifically, I believe there’s only been one ED Johnson scholar in recent years. Every other recipient applied RD.
