<p>I just check the Chem department website and it says that I can pass out of Chem 20a with my ap credit but would I still need to take the chem 20L (lab)?</p>

<p>Do you think it is a waste if I take chem 20a even though I passed the AP exam since I can’t take chem 20b until fall quarters. If it is a waste to take chem 20a then what should I take in its place? So far I will be taking math 32a.</p>
<p>its probably a good idea to take chem 20A since you have to take 20B. Some stuff isn’t covered by the AP Chem class that is in 20A.</p>
