<p>My son's school does not weight AP classes any higher than Honors courses so this hurts his class rank as there are kids in front of him that have taken a less rigorous course load in which it was easier to attain a top grade (A+ vs. A). The counselor's office keeps telling us that the colleges will see this when they look at our school profile. Will top colleges definitely notice this?</p>
