class rank importance?

so, i'm applying ea to yale. i feel i'm a strong candidate (obviously nothings a guarantee) in all areas except for my class rank. the problem is, i go to a highly competitive public magnet school with approximately 100-120 students in each grade, but since its still part of the Philadelphia school district, it has to rank its students. so, my rank is 23 out of 116 (i know, not the most impressive for yale), but my weighted gpa is 105.6 (my school does a 1.1 weight for honors classes and 1.2 for APs out of 100), and they have a very strict path for what classes students can take, and i've basically taken the hardest courseload my school offers, which most students do not do (2 APs junior year, recieving a 4 in U.S. History and a 5 in Calculus AB). also, i know for a fact that only 3 other people are applying early to yale in my class (only 1 of whom is in the top 10). here are my other stats:

white, female
SAT: 720-RC 730-M 800-W (I took them again in November however, trying to get that 800 in math)
SAT2: 790-Math2C 770-Writing (took before new SAT) 740-US History

whew! well i hope thats given a good picture of me... basically i want to know with everything here, am I not qualified because of the rank?

anyone... lol

I honestly believe they will put it into context. You are otherwise a strong candidate, and your counselor would emphasize the selectivity of the school and the difficulty of your courseload in the form.
