Hello, excuse me if I’m posting this to the wrong place, I’m sorta new here. My question is: Can you round class rank? I want to apply to a grant and it requires you to be in the top 10% of your class. As it stands, I am at 10.07%. Could that be overlooked/rounded down, or am I doomed. I pass all of the other requirements with flying colors, so this is my only weak point. Thank you in advance.
