Because for me 9th to current makes me 56/580 but with 10th to 11th , my rank becomes 8/580. its because i had a crappy freshman year</p>
<p>haha yea ...my one B in freshman P.E. drops me to 17/175...otherwise i'd be tied for 1st lol~</p>

<p>Stanford does not look at different rank (that would be a lot to figure out) but you should notify them or get your counselor to write about it. It's important that you tell them. And Word? One B in frosh P.E.? Ha ha, you sound like me. And don't worry, the girl who's seventh in our class has straight A's and a 1550. Rank in no way reflects ability.</p>

<p>^ they do, but it would be a daunting task for a public high school counselor w/ 2000 kids to figure out your rank without the freshman year. Therefore, Stanford definitely accepts the regular rank.</p>
<p>yea they also prefer academic gpa only but stupid counselors don't care:P</p>
