<p>Well, puzzle it out. No school is going to make too much out of the Top Ten (no percentage sign) because, as you have pointed out, Top Ten means something different according to the size of the school. They mean the top 10%, or the 90th percentile.</p>
<p>ivy, they mean the top 10%. with your numbers it would be 60/600.</p>
