Class Repeats

Hey everyone,
I had a B in genetics and orgo 1 and I’m thinking about retaking them to get an A. How do medical schools look at repeats exactly?
Thanks

AMCAS and AACOMAS require that both the original and repeated grade be reported when applying for medical school and both will be included in GPA calculations.

Retaking a B will reflect negatively on you since retaking a passing grade demonstrates perfectionism and/or poor judgement–neither of which are desirable qualities in a future physician.

And repeats are explicitly marked. Takes little to no effort to spot them.
