I'm kind of worried if I can handle genetics with my other courses:

-genetics
-econ 1110
-comm 2850 or bsoc 4071
-bioee 2740 (lab course)

They add up to 14 credits in total.

Also, does anyone know the permission code for adding genetics on studentcenter?

That is easy. Try my 20 something credit semester on for size.

Genetics + lab is a huge timesinker. So 4 classes is perfect.

I did that comm course a few years ago, and it’s a really good pick to go with genetics. it wasn’t too challenging, but if you are into science (which you seem to be) it will make you look at all your other courses from a new perspective. the amount of work was very reasonable and there were some great guest lecturers as well.

Honestly, if it’s not required I wouldn’t take genetics period. That course is stress.
