Class Schedule

I was a lazy bum who didnt care about school in 9th grade. and my schedule went like dis:
Geometry 3-4(basically honors with no weight given)
Honors World History
Biology
Spanish I
English I
as you can see…there isnt a lot of honors…just 2 honors
However as a sophmore i got a MUCH MUCH more challenging course
AP European History
AP Environmental Science
Honors Spanish II
Honors English II
Advanced Algebra and Trig.(honors but no weight given)

Right now as a Junior, my schedule is this
AP CHemistry
AP English Comp.
AP Us History
Honors SPanish III
Math Analysis Honors
AP Art History

in freshman, my grads were horrifying and then i started to take school more seriously. My dream is Harvard …is my dream crushed because of my weak freshman classes and my bad freshman grades… what will i do to show that i matured and started to take school more seriously…

----bump----

upward trends are always good. Some colleges don't even look at freshman grades. I'd say just keep it up and take a hard senior schedule. And keep in mind that Harvard is a long shot for anyone.

oh good point..well in our school..there are many road blocks trying to prevent us from taking too challenging classes. For example..i wanted to take AP BIO in 10th grade however, they said that since i didnt get an A both semesters in 9th grade biology and pass a qualifying exam with a 3.5 GPA, i couldnt take it. i duno..senior year, according to up HUGE upward grade trend, i should get all AP's i guess
