<p>I'm enrolled in an Astronomy class, and want to get on the waiting list of a History class I really want. Problem is, the History class has a scheduling conflict with the Astronomy discussion section I'm in. I can't change discussion sections now since they're all full. Do I have to drop Astronomy to get on the History waiting list?</p>
<p>I think you can check a box that says ignore scheduling conflicts.</p>

<p>Nope, it will work as long as finals don’t conflict.</p>
<p>Just be careful both of those classes don’t have quizzes or take roll in the discussion sections.</p>
<p>a friend of mine were telling me that the grad students in the discussion might be flexible about being switched to another section, so maybe talk to yours and ask if you can be moved to one of the other ones.</p>
