Hey everyone,
I’m at the point in high school where I select classes for junior year. I am interested in doing economics in college, so here are the classes I narrowed my choices down to for next year. It would be great if you give any thoughts/suggestions on my schedule and how I can alter it to fit my needs. Please keep in mind my goal for college is to go to Oxford or LSE, so my schedule is based around courses relevant to the social sciences/mathematics.
In School:
AP Calculus BC (Not taking AB for sure)
AP Statistics (I want to finish this in junior year since I want to take multivariable as my only math in senior year)
APUSH (Requirement at my school)
AP Euro (History/social sciences interest me so I feel like this would be useful)
English 11 Honors (I do fairly well in English so I think taking this would be great)
Physics Regular (I am not too interested in science so I think opting out of the AP is best for me)
Self Study:
AP World History (taking this because I have good overall knowledge of world history and it wouldn’t be as difficult for me)
AP Human Geography (Already taken this class, just not the AP, so not difficult for me)
Thanks if you’ve read this far!
