Class size question

I was looking at eng comp 3 classes yesterday and could have sworn it was 20 per class, but looking today it looks like it has moved down to 10. http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/schedule/detselect.aspx?termsel=07F&subareasel=ENGCOMP&idxcrs=0003++++
how is this possible as in some classes there are 15 enrolled and it's a class of 10

they are staggering enrollment for the later orientation sessions

If I put myself on the wait-list would I get placed in the class as soon as a spot opens for the next orientation? or would I just stay of the waitlist?

I think you get put into the class. I signed up for a class that had like 200 people and I was like 6th on the waitlist. After the teacher said "NO ONE HAS EVER GOTTEN a 100 ON M TEST," 40 people dropped and I was in the class.

can anyone else confirm that you get put in the class. so lets say you're the first on the waitlist and then ucla changes the enrollment cap, you're immediately put into the class correct?
