Ok, well this summer I have been offered a paid internship with a doctor and have also been enrolled in an American Government Class that runs from 9-11 am. I like the class but I really love the internship. However, I am a problem. Last school year, my counsellor convinced me that taking all 3 of the possible AP classes at my school would be overwhelming unless I took 2 study halls to counterbalance them. Ignorantly, I listened to her and took the study halls. So, while I will have taken all the APs and honors classes my school offers (and gotten 99%+ in them all), I took study halls. The counsellor said that she would put I took the most rigorious courseload at my school and that the SHs dont show up on my transcript. However, I enrolled in my American Gov't course to kind of couteract those SHs this summer. Now, though, the class is cutting into my internship time (something I just LOVE doing and get paid), and because I am apply 2 siemens this Oct, I need more time to work during the day. So, would it be a major bane on my app, to drop the course to spend more time doing my research? (Today is the last day to drop with a full refund)

Not to be pushy, but if someone could help me out, id really appreciate it. I only have 2 more hours = /

Is there anyway you can combine both the internship and class? Is the class everyday?
Could you possibly find an online version of the class and get that approved for credit by your school?

Northwestern CTD only has some options and there are many other more affordable options. I would personally go with an online/internship combo.

Great thx hardworker = D.
