<p>There are restrictions on some classes that may not allow any more students--say non-declared majors--from registering, but still have spots for another group of students. If you click "click here for current enrollment information and course restrictions" you might something like this:</p>
<p>Class Level Junior (Open)
Class Level Senior (Open)
Rhetoric Majors (Open)
General (Closed)</p>
<p>That would mean that those in "general" would be put on the waitlist while allowing the senior, junior and rhetoric majors to enroll.</p>
