Hey people, i have a question...

I'm planning to take English I, differential equation, calculus 3 and physics 1. So in your opinion, is it full in a semester? Thanks for advice

You can’t take calc 3 and Diff eq in the same semester

Are you a freshman? What major are you?

As far as I know, you can’t take calc 3 if you haven’t got any AP/IB credits or haven’t taken calc 1 or 2 before. There are classes that require certain pre-reqs.

I passed cal 1 vs 2. My major is electrical engineering

Unless you already have credit for it, you’ll have to take linear algebra (MATH 1522) before you take calculus III or differential equations.

It actually is possible to take calculus 3 and diff eq in the same semester. You just have to get a permit from the math department by emailing them, and they will make the decision on how strong your academic record is and how valid a reason you have for taking the two classes at the same time. Make sure you have all the pre-reqs, though, as pointed out in the posts above.
