Classes AFTER transfering to UCD?

Hey all,
My admission has been rescinded a couple months ago, but they gave it back to me just today.
I need to get my housing, classes, photo ID , and whatever else, back on track.

Now, im really confused. I know that I'll probably be in the last pick for classes since its so late. I didnt do research either since I thought I would have to spend another year at cc.

For "Biological Science" what classes should i take? Im going to UC davis btw..

-I need to finish the second half of general biology(at my school = Bio 1A + 1B) so i need to do 1B, but I think Davis is a quarter system.... so what are the class names for them?

-I also need O chem

-Any other classes?

EDIT: srry, now im just really confused.
It seems like im WAY behind on class registrations now ; the first class registrations began all the way in May....

They kinda just threw me out here after the phone call saying my admission has been reinstated.

I need anyone who goes to UC davis and if they can give me any idea what is required?

Call the undergraduate advisor for your major to get academic advising: [Advising by Major](http://biosci.ucdavis.edu/students/undergrad/major_advising.html)

My daughter had to have several tests to check her level of placement for her classes. There are certain classes/prerequisites in the bio major that require you to take a test before they place you in the appropriate Chem. and Physics and Calc classes.

You really do need to speak to an advisor in the School of Biological Sciences. They have these timelines called “pass 1”, “Pass 2” which are held during advisement, and if they need to, they open up extra slots of classes, but only during these Pass times.

You’re right that UCD is on the quarter system. Here at UCD, the general Bio course is the BIS 2ABC series. If you’ve already learned cell biology and the likes in BIO 1A at your school, then you would take BIS 2B+C at UCD.

For O-Chem, if you want to go what people refer to as the “easy” route, take CHE 8AB. If you like a challenge and want to go into the health sciences, take CHE 118ABC. If you really, really love chemistry and want to pour in blood, sweat, and tears, take CHE 128ABC and its lab CHE 129ABC.

And actually, the first class registrations in May were for continuing students. New students signed up during orientation from June to August. However, you still have a chance to sign up. Go to sisweb.ucdavis.edu, click on “Check Appointment Times” after clicking on “Student Services and Financial Aid” and “Registration”, and see when your Pass 2 appointment is; if your Pass 2 time has already passed, then just wait for Open Registration, which, according to UCD’s academic calendar, is from Sept. 8-14. However, for planning out your classes, I strongly recommend meeting with an advisor.

try and get into an ochem class … pretty sure the bio2abc are full you can check on sisweb…also try and get into statistics class like stats 1. im the same major as you im taking ochem 118A…stats 13… and a humanities class this quarter (just transfered as well)
