<p>He has no CTECs because he's a new professor. The class has plenty of CTECs, but he has never taught it before, or any other class for that matter. So in this case it's a toss up, and all you can go by is past CTECs for the class (which are mediocre). I don't see how NU could avoid this though. Calm down with your CTECs hate!</p>

<p>Haha, I can appreciate that, but ragging on the system for not giving a prof CTECs that in most likelihood will have them once he teaches his first class is pretty silly. Don't want to fight about CTECs though. :)</p>
