Classes question

For high school I was home-schooled and during this time a close family member was very ill, for almost all of high school and because of this I fell incredibly far behind. I recently got my GED and am hoping to go to the community college this fall, and that will most likely happen. But when looking at the college catalog the school has I often see somethings that say something like with the "Human Anatomy and Physiology I" class,

"Student Advising Notes – Completion of all college prep requirements. High school chemistry or equivalent taken within past 5 years or satisfactory performance on chemistry competency test. High school biology or equivalent taken within past 5 years or satisfactory performance on biology competency test."

Now since I have recently got my GED I will make an appointment for a counselor but what I am wondering is since I have not completed a high school biology class or an equivalent will there be some form of class that I may take to change that at most community colleges? I have tried looking around on their catalog but i haven't really seen much like that.

Any advice on my situation would be great, thanks.

Community Colleges generally have classes that fill in any gaps from your previous education. You will be fine.
